FAQ

Why should I hire an Architect first instead of a Contractor?

Hiring an architect before meeting with contractors allows you to have your dream designed by you.

How will this affect my taxes?

We get this question in every meeting. Generally, if your property value goes up, your taxes will as well. However, you should consult with your local tax assessor for more information.

What happens if I need permits?

Chances are, your project will need a permit from your local building department. We are well versed in the permit process throughout Long Island to help secure all necessary approvals.

I see you're located in Wantagh. What areas do you work in?

We are based in Central Nassau County, however we cover all of the boroughs from Manhattan to Montauk.

How do I get started?

The best place to start is with a friendly free consultation.
